Services

May May’s Mobile Bar LLC provides mobile bartending services for private events. We do not sell or supply alcohol unless otherwise agreed in writing. All events are BYOB (Bring Your Own Beverage) unless explicitly stated.

Booking & Payments

A deposit and/or signed agreement may be required to secure your event date. All payment terms, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

Client Responsibilities

  • Providing a safe and suitable service area

  • Ensuring compliance with venue rules and applicable laws

  • Verifying all guests consuming alcohol are of legal drinking age

  • May May’s Mobile Bar LLC is not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses related to alcohol consumption, guest behavior, or venue conditions. The client assumes responsibility for all event attendees.
