A legal disclaimer
May May’s Mobile Bar LLC provides mobile bartending services for private and public events in Minnesota and Wisconsin. By booking our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Deposits & Payments

A non-refundable booking deposit is required to reserve your event date and time.

Deposits compensate for administrative services, scheduling, and blocking off the event date and are non-refundable under all circumstances.

Remaining balances are due per the invoice or service agreement provided at the time of booking.
Client Cancellations

More than 30 days prior to the event:
Any payments made beyond the non-refundable deposit may be refunded at the sole discretion of May May’s Mobile Bar LLC. -
Within 30 days of the event:
No refunds will be issued. -
Within 14 days of the event or same-day cancellations:
No refunds will be issued, and the full balance may remain due.
Event Rescheduling

Reschedule requests must be submitted in writing as soon as possible.

Rescheduling is subject to availability and is not guaranteed.

Deposits may be transferred to a new date one (1) time only, provided the request is made at least 30 days prior to the original event date.
Weather-Related Events
-
Outdoor events are booked at the client’s discretion. Weather conditions do not qualify for refunds.

Clients are responsible for providing suitable shelter or alternate arrangements.

Severe weather conditions may require service adjustments or early termination for safety and legal compliance.
Alcohol Compliance (MN & WI)
-
Services are provided in compliance with Minnesota and Wisconsin alcohol laws and regulations.

No refunds will be issued due to:

Insufficient alcohol quantities
-
Failure of the client to obtain required permits or permissions
-
Service refusal due to intoxication or legal restrictions
-
May May’s Mobile Bar LLC reserves the right to refuse service to any guest in accordance with state law and responsible service standards.
Altercations, Safety & Right to Terminate Service
Service may also be suspended or terminated if conditions become unsafe due to:

Aggressive or intoxicated individuals
-
Failure to control guest behavior
-
Unsafe event environments
-
Violations of Minnesota or Wisconsin alcohol laws
-
Direction from venue staff or law enforcement
If service is terminated due to safety concerns, no refunds will be issued, and full payment remains due.
The client assumes full responsibility for:

Guest conduct
-
Event security (if applicable)
-
Ensuring a safe environment for service
Service Interruptions Beyond Our Control
-
Acts of God
-
Severe weather
-
Government orders or restrictions
-
Public health emergencies
-
Venue shutdowns
-
Illness or emergencies
No-Show Policy
Failure of the client or event host to appear or provide access to the event site will result in no refund.
Service Concerns
Any concerns regarding service must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of the event. Refunds are not guaranteed and will be reviewed individually.
